Today we took the ferry to Varenna and Menaggio, ate yummy food and snapped pictures along the way.

Bellagio
Today was fun for all senses: beautiful views of villas with Lake Como as a backdrop, the smell of a freshly baked cake from our landlords at Balcone dei Limone, the taste of creamy truffle risotto. Then there was the accordion player in Bellagio at the promenade and the feel of the cool terrace under my feet in the late afternoon.

In Bruges
Spent an afternoon in Bruges and had such a good time again: the architecture, the little shops, the horse carriage tour… – so fun and picturesque!
Probably overdosed on the Belgian fries but the spicy Samurai sauce was simply too good. Sampling local craft beers at the Café Rose Red adjacent to the Hotel Cordoeanier was truly enjoyable, too!
